200 grs. butter
400 grs. sugar
4 eggs, vanilla
120 grs. coverage bitter chocolate
120 grs. flour
150 grs. roasted hazelnut
2 grated orange
PREPARATION
1. Beat eggs with sugar until they take shape.
2. Add the melted chocolate with the butter, mixing the two preparations.
3. Add flour, grated orange and hazelnuts.
4. Place on a floured square mold. Bake for 25 minutes over medium heat, and serve with ice cream.
